Dragon Bloodstone Spheres | Dragon Stone Spheres

These polished Dragon Bloodstone Spheres, also known in the trade as Dragon Stone, feature striking combinations of deep forest greens with contrasting red mineral inclusions that make each piece completely unique.

Despite the name, Dragon Bloodstone is not the same material as traditional bloodstone. Dragon Bloodstone is generally composed of green epidote with red piemontite or red feldspar inclusions, creating the dramatic color contrast collectors recognize immediately.

This material is most commonly sourced from Western Australia and South Africa, where regional metamorphic processes allowed these minerals to form together over millions of years.

Each sphere has been polished to highlight the natural patterns and mineral contrasts while preserving the character of the original stone.
