Address Accuracy

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Shipping labels are generated directly from the address you provide at checkout.


Because of the delicate and unique nature of crystals, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Shipping Insurance:



Every order is shipped with tracking, and orders over $100 include insurance—at no cost to you.

This means if your order is lost or damaged in transit, you can file a claim with USPS using your tracking number.


While Stillwater Crystals is not responsible for what happens in transit, I’ll gladly walk you through the USPS claim process if something goes wrong. I’m here to help.
