Refund and Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

Because crystals, minerals, jewelry, handmade goods, and other items sold by Still Water Crystals LLC are delicate, unique, or one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue refunds for a change of mind.

We carefully photograph and describe each item so you can review it before purchasing. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about an item.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Shipping labels are created from the address provided at checkout. Still Water Crystals LLC is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional postage caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

If a package is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, the customer must pay the new postage before the order can be shipped again.

Shipping Protection and Carrier Claims

Optional shipping protection is available for purchase through our store. Still Water Crystals LLC does not automatically purchase additional insurance based on the value of an order, including orders over $100.

If shipping protection was purchased, loss or damage claims are handled according to the protection provider’s terms. Orders without purchased protection are limited to any coverage provided directly by the shipping carrier, if applicable.

Keep the item, original packaging, packing materials, and shipping label until any claim is resolved. Photographs may be required. We will provide reasonably available order or shipping documentation to help with a valid claim.
