By shopping with Still Water Crystals, you agree to the following terms:

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the delicate and unique nature of crystals and minerals, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

2. Order Processing

Orders are hand-packed with care and ship within 1–3 business days (not including USPS transit time). Shipping speed selected at checkout does not affect packing time.

3. Shipping & Insurance

Orders ship via USPS. Packages over $100 include shipping insurance, paid by us. If your item is lost or damaged in transit, you must file a USPS claim:

We are not responsible for USPS delays, loss, or damage once the package is dropped off.

4. Incorrect Addresses

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will refund the product price (minus shipping) or reship once new postage is paid.

5. Rush Orders

Rush processing is available for in-stock items only. Add the “Rush Fee” to your cart at checkout. If forgotten, you can place a separate order for the fee and include your original order number in the notes. Preorders and custom items cannot be rushed.

6. Content Ownership

All photos, text, and listings on this site are property of Still Water Crystals and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in fraud, abuse, or repeated chargebacks.

How we handle problem buyers:

Shopify does not currently offer a block button, but we monitor all suspicious activity closely and may manually cancel future orders. Learn more here:
