By purchasing from Still Water Crystals LLC, you agree to the following terms.

  1. All Sales Are Final

Because our crystals, minerals, jewelry, handmade goods, and other items are delicate, unique, or one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue refunds for a change of mind.

  1. Order Processing

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing. During holidays, large live events, or unusually high order volume, processing may take up to 7 business days. Carrier transit time begins after the package is accepted and scanned by USPS.

  1. Shipping and Protection

Priority Mail only speeds up carrier transit and does not shorten processing time. We do not offer rush processing, and preorder or custom items cannot be rushed.

Optional shipping protection is available for purchase through our store. Still Water Crystals LLC does not automatically purchase additional insurance based on order value, including orders over $100. Claims are subject to the terms and coverage provided by the selected protection provider or shipping carrier.

  1. Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned because an address was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, the customer must pay the new postage before the order can be shipped again.

  1. Open Baskets

Code OPENBASKET requests that an order be held for up to one week from the customer’s most recent purchase. Added items may increase the weight, size, or number of boxes required. Additional postage may be invoiced before shipment, particularly for combined baskets over 10 pounds, oversized packages, or orders requiring multiple boxes. If no additional purchase is made during the next live event, the basket will be prepared for shipment.

  1. Product Information

Natural crystals and minerals may contain variations, inclusions, small imperfections, or differences in color caused by lighting and screen settings. These natural characteristics are not defects. We make reasonable efforts to photograph and describe each item accurately.

  1. Content Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, photographs, written content, product descriptions, graphics, and other original store content belong to Still Water Crystals LLC and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

  1. Right to Refuse or Cancel Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, abuse, harassment, payment disputes, repeated chargebacks, pricing errors, or violations of these terms. Any payment owed after a cancellation will be handled according to applicable law and the payment provider’s requirements.
