Shipping Policy

Every order is personally wrapped and packed with care by our small family-run team.
Stillwater Crystals is run by Nicki with help from her mom. Each order is carefully wrapped by her mom, and Nicki packs and prepares each box for shipment. Because every package is handled personally rather than through a large fulfillment operation, processing may take several business days.
Processing Times
Orders are prepared in the order they are received. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Processing may take longer during TikTok Live events, periods of high order volume, the holiday season, illness, severe weather, or when an order is especially large or includes multiple eligible Live purchases.
Stillwater Crystals does not offer rush processing. Selecting a faster carrier service, when available, only shortens the estimated transit time after the package has been accepted by the carrier. It does not move an order ahead in the packing queue or shorten our processing time.
Preorders, custom orders, and specially sourced items may require additional preparation or sourcing time and cannot be rushed.
Seasonal and Holiday Shipping
During the holiday season and other high-volume periods, temporary shipping rates and extended processing times may apply.
Our current seasonal flat-rate shipping is:
- $11 for most U.S. addresses
- $14 for certain destinations, including many western states, Alaska, and Hawaii
These temporary rates may be revised after the holiday season. The shipping rate displayed at checkout is the current and authoritative rate for the order’s destination.
Any holiday order-by dates provided by Stillwater Crystals are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, severe weather, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery after a package leaves our care.
Please order early when an item is needed for a holiday, birthday, or other time-sensitive occasion.
Free Shipping
Qualifying orders of $400 or more receive free USPS Ground Advantage shipping when shown as eligible at checkout.
Oversized, unusually heavy, or separately shipped products may be excluded from free shipping or may have an additional shipping charge disclosed in the product listing.
Oversized and Separately Shipped Items
Some oversized, unusually heavy, or fragile items must ship separately and may carry an additional shipping charge.
Driftwood bowls and any other products specifically marked as shipping separately are not included in a combined package. Any additional shipping charge will be disclosed in the product listing or at checkout.
Open Boxes and Combined Orders
Open-box and combined-shipping arrangements are available only for purchases made during TikTok Live events or shows.
Paid TikTok Live orders may be held for up to one week from the customer’s most recent eligible TikTok Live purchase. A new eligible Live purchase restarts the one-week hold period unless another arrangement has been approved.
Regular website orders are processed according to the normal shipping schedule and are not automatically held or combined.
Oversized, fragile, custom, preorder, or separately shipped products may not be eligible for combined shipping.
Shipping Services and Transit Times
Most orders are shipped through USPS.
USPS Ground Advantage generally has an expected transit time of approximately 2–5 business days after USPS accepts the package.
USPS Priority Mail generally has an expected transit time of approximately 2–3 business days after acceptance. If Priority Mail is available and selected, it only affects the carrier’s transit time. It does not shorten Stillwater Crystals’ processing time.
Carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Transit to Alaska, Hawaii, offshore destinations, military addresses, or areas affected by severe weather may take longer.
Once the carrier accepts a package, transit delays are outside Stillwater Crystals’ direct control.
Tracking
A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent when the shipping label is created.
Tracking may take time to update after the label is printed and before the carrier performs its first acceptance scan. A label being created does not necessarily mean that the package has already been scanned or transported by the carrier.
Shipping Addresses and Returned Packages
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please contact Stillwater Crystals immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after packing or label creation has begun.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or another issue not caused by Stillwater Crystals, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be sent again.
Shipping Insurance, Loss, and Damage
Additional Shipping Insurance is optional and is not automatically purchased for orders over $100.
Orders without the added Shipping Insurance product are limited to any coverage included by the selected carrier service, if applicable. Carrier-included coverage is subject to the carrier’s eligibility requirements, exclusions, documentation requirements, filing deadlines, and approval.
When additional Shipping Insurance is purchased, any claim is subject to the insurance provider’s terms and approval. Stillwater Crystals cannot guarantee that USPS, another carrier, or an insurance provider will approve or pay a claim.
If an order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact Stillwater Crystals promptly. Keep the item, shipping box, packing materials, shipping label, and all damaged contents. Clear photographs and other documentation may be required.
Stillwater Crystals will help determine the appropriate next step, but carrier and insurance decisions remain outside our control.

Missing or Incorrect Items
If an item is missing from an order or the wrong item was received, please contact Stillwater Crystals promptly with the order number and clear photographs of the package and its contents.
Verified packing errors will be reviewed and corrected directly by Stillwater Crystals.
