- I personally wrap and pack every order with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your item ships. This does not include shipping time. The shipping method you select at checkout only affects how quickly USPS delivers it—it does not speed up my packing time.
- All orders are shipped via USPS, and delivery typically takes 2–3 business days once scanned in by the post office.
- Once your package has been dropped off at USPS, I am no longer responsible for it. This includes delays, damage, loss, or stolen packages. Every order is shipped with insurance, and if your package is damaged or lost, you must file a claim directly with USPS. I do not offer refunds or replacements for items broken or lost in transit.

You’ll need your tracking number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. Claims should be filed as soon as possible, as USPS has a time limit for submissions. - If your order total is over $100, I cover the cost of insurance myself as a courtesy to you. This is part of the value I provide as a small shop owner who cares about your order arriving safely.
- If you need your order rushed, you must add the Rush Fee at checkout. If you forgot to include it, you can place a separate order for the Rush Fee—just be sure to include your original order number in the notes.
- Preorder and custom items cannot be rushed. These are made or sourced specifically for you and require additional time.
