Eligible USPS shipping services include up to $100 of USPS insurance coverage at no additional cost.

For orders valued over $100, you may purchase additional shipping insurance through ShipInsure via Pirate Ship. This can provide additional protection for eligible packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

• Insurance coverage and claim approval are subject to the carrier or insurance provider’s terms, exclusions, and documentation requirements.
• Stillwater Crystals cannot guarantee approval or payment of an insurance claim.
• If a shipping issue occurs, we will gladly assist you with the information and documentation needed to file an eligible claim.
• Please double-check your shipping address and email address before checkout. Your package will be shipped to the address provided with your order.
• If additional insurance is declined, your shipment will only have the coverage included with the shipping service purchased, if applicable.
